Solution:

• Leave all Office programs.
• Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > Run.
• Sort in "Regedit" and snap OK.
• Find the accompanying registry sub keys:

1. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft \Office\9.0\Word\Data
2. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\ Office\9.0\Word\Options

• Click Data and Options (each one in turn), and after that snap Export on the File menu.
• Name the record Wddata.reg and Wdoptn.reg separately, and afterward spare the documents to the desktop.
